Claes Ottosson is the CEO and owner of Independia Law Firm AB. He has worked with legal problem solving at a firm for almost 30 years after studying law at the School of Business, University of Gothenburg. Trials in court have always been and continue to be in the forefront in various areas where Claes Ottosson has successfully represented both companies and individuals in a large number of disputes. In both general court and administrative law and also in the superior courts.
Through his experience and work also on company boards and through lectures, Claes Ottosson has special insight into negotiation techniques, trade and sales B2B / B2C and in retail as well as in the real estate, construction and contracting sectors.
In addition to the 5-year law degree, Claes Ottosson has a solid education with studies both at IHM and at Mid Sweden University (Master in Leadership and Quality Engineering) and courses at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Sloan School of Management and Kristianstad University as well as continuous legal and specialist courses.
Claes Ottosson also has an international network through his membership and close contacts with lawyers and other advisers within IR Global, which enables Independia Law Firm to act quickly for the benefit of clients worldwide.
Sailing and diving are two of Claes Ottosson’s favorite hobbies.
